This type of leadership is characterized by being bold, confident, and assertive. They are not afraid to take risks and make bold decisions. These leaders are able to inspire their team members to take action and to push themselves to achieve great things. They are skilled at motivating their team members and are able to lead by example. They are able to inspire their team members to be their best selves and to work together to achieve great things.
